The 30-Day Evaluation Period From the moment your luxines parcel arrives, you have a 30-day window to evaluate your selection. We encourage you to inspect the craftsmanship and silhouette in the comfort of your home. To remain eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, pristine state—unworn, unused, and showing no signs of handling.

 

 

Maintaining Integrity Every handbag we ship is fitted with a unique luxines security seal. For a return to be processed, this seal must remain intact and untampered with. Furthermore, all original accoutrements, including designer dust bags, authenticity certificates, care booklets, and protective packaging materials, must be returned in their original condition.

 

 

The Seamless Return Journey To begin a return, please reach out to our concierge team at [email protected]. Once your request is verified, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping directions. Upon arrival at our facility, our specialists will conduct a comprehensive authentication and condition check, which typically concludes within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, appearing on your statement within 7 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
